THE GROWING UP BOOK is about a kid who's trying to find the secret of how to grow up. Kendall wrote the book when she was in her mid-twenties and STILL looking for the secret! It was by imagining herself as a child on the same search that she found it. When Amy read the book (several decades later!) and illustrated it to life, Read and Write Books was born. As with all Read and Write Books, THE GROWING UP BOOK comes with MY GROWING UP BOOK so that when you're done reading, you can start writing!
